Application-ready plans for grants, subsidies and tax incentives

Canada funds businesses through hundreds of federal and provincial programs — grants, wage subsidies, training incentives, export funding and refundable tax credits. Most require a business plan, project plan or budget prepared to the program's own template. That is exactly what we do.

How we work with funding programs

Grant programs open and close on intake windows, and criteria change every year. Before you spend a dollar, we verify the program's current status against official government sources, confirm your eligibility honestly, and only then prepare the application plan and budget. We don't sell applications to programs you can't win.

Straight answers

Grant funding — frequently asked questions

Are there really "free government grants" for any business?
Mostly no — and anyone promising otherwise is selling something. Most federal support is loans, guarantees, tax credits or cost-shared contributions tied to specific activities (hiring, training, exporting, innovating). Genuine non-repayable grants exist but are targeted and competitive. We'll tell you honestly which category your business fits.
Do grant applications require a business plan?
Almost all significant programs require either a business plan, a project plan, or both — plus a budget of eligible costs. Adjudicators score applications against published criteria; a plan mapped to those criteria dramatically improves your odds.
Can you guarantee my application will be approved?
No one can — programs are competitive and discretionary. What we do guarantee is a professionally prepared, criteria-mapped application, an honest eligibility assessment before you commit, and coordination of the financial information from an accounting practice's standard of care.
What does it cost?
It depends on the program's requirements — a one-page project summary and a full plan with a 5-year model are very different efforts. Quotes are free and fixed before we start. See packages.
